Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and Indian Pass are in Gulf County. Port St. Joe is the county seat, on St. Joseph Bay. Cape San Blas and Indian Pass are on the peninsula south of town. Mexico Beach is the Gulf-front city you pass on US 98, and it is still in Bay County.
